Mrs Mecomber from New York Traveler ..had so generously offered me tons of pictures from her collection in New York State and i chose Chittenango Falls State Park. I’ve picked a few wonderful pictures.. but I’ll let Mrs Mecomber tell you the story.

Looking Down The Falls.

Debris from floods

Gorge Trail

Footpath Over Creek

Chittenango Fall
From what i know of Chittenango Falls State Park, its waterfall is about 167 foot and that is said to be the main attraction. Many people visit the park and fish, hike as well as have their picnics here. There is also a footbridge at Chittenango Falls State Park but because it has pictures of Mrs Mecomber family, i didn’t wanna put them up until she said so.
Well.. our very first guest on this blog is Jenn from Lancaster, Pennsylvania .. and she had some pictures to share with us. Jenn’s blog is : jenn.nu

Hi! I’m Jenn, and I live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (though my hometown is Philadelphia; we moved to Lancaster when I was 13 years old. I am now 24!). Yes, Lancaster as in home of the PA Dutch aka Amish Country. I live four miles away from the famous Strasburg Railroad (www.strasburgrailroad.com), and I am surrounded by farms, fields and Amish. I share the road with the Amish and their horse-drawn buggies, and I love raising my children in the quiet countryside that is still just an hour’s drive from two major cities: Harrisburg and Philadelphia.

Horsey..!

My favorite..!! cows..!!

Horsey again.

According to Jenn .. this path is not used often. And that the preferred mode of transportation in her area is motor vehicle, and then followed by horse drawn buggy.

Train..!!
Thank you so much Jenn..!!! Yer awesome..!!
